Dr. Hsu received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan, in 2007 and 2013, respectively. He was a Visiting Researcher with the Faculty of Engineering, University College London (UCL) and Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT), in 2012 and 2013, respectively. In 2013, he won a Student Paper Award and two Best Presentation Awards from the Institute of Navigation (ION). He was selected as a Japan Society for the Promotion of Sciences Postdoctoral Fellow with the Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo (UTokyo) and worked from 2014 to 2016. He is an Associate Fellow in the Royal Institute of Navigation. Dr. Hsu currently is members of ION and IEEE and serves as a member of the editorial board and reviewer in professional journals related to GNSS.

Dr. Bing X (Ph.D. NUST)

Research areas: GNSS Signal Processing, Vector tracking, Multipath Mitigation

Dr. Xu received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Network Engineering and Navigation Guidance and Control from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China, in 2012 and 2018, respectively. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with The Interdisciplinary Division of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering (AAE), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research areas include signal processing in software-defined GNSS receivers and algorithm designing for GNSS/INS systems.

Dr. Qian Meng (Ph.D. NUAA)

Research areasGNSS RAIM, Integrity, Sensor Safety

Dr. Meng is currently a postdoctoral fellow with the Interdisciplinary Division of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Automation and a Ph.D. degree in Guidance, Navigation, and Control from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. He was a visiting Ph.D. student at the Centre of Transport Studies, Imperial College London in 2017. His current research interests focus on GNSS software-defined receiver, Integrity monitoring and Signal processing in autonomous driving.

Dr. Jiang Yue (Ph.D. NUST)

Dr. YUE received a B.S. and Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Nanjing University of science and technology (NUST), China, 2008 and 2014, respectively. He is employed as a lecturer at State Key Laboratory of Transient Physics, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST), 2014. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Interdisciplinary Division of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering (AAE), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China. His research interests including stereo matching, LiDAR & image fusion, high-dimensional data denoising, and super-resolution.

Dr. Changhui Jiang (Ph.D. NUST)

Research areasGNSS/INS integration, LiDAR

Dr. Jiang was born in Xinghua, Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, China, in 1992. He received a B.S. degree from the Soochow University, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China and a Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China in 2014 and 2019 respectively. He studied as a visiting Ph.D. student sponsored by China Scholarship Council in Finnish Geospatial Research Institute (FGI) from 2017.12 to 2018.11. He had authored or co-authored more than 30 journal or conference papers in LiDAR, GNSS and Inertial Navigation System. He holds six Chinese patents in GNSS and Inertial Navigation System. His research interests including GNSS, LiDAR and Inertial Navigation System.

Dr. Yiran Luo (Ph.D. BIT)

Research areasGNSS signal processing, GNSS software-defined radio (SDR) design, Localization

Dr. Yiran Luo received the B.S. degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Sichuan University, China, in 2014, and the joint Ph.D. degree in Geomatics Engineering from University of Calgary, Canada, and in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, China, in 2020. She is currently a post-doctoral researcher with the Division of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research interests include GNSS signal processing, GNSS software-defined radio (SDR) design, and navigation and localization in harsh environments. She was a recipient of the Best Paper Award (the highest honor) for China Satellite Navigation Conference, in 2017.

Mr. Wen received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Beijing Information science and Technology University, China, in 2015 and a master’s degree in Mechanical and electronics in China Agricultural University, China, in 2017. He is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. He was a visiting student researcher at the University of California, Berkeley (UCB) in 2018. His research interests include GNSS positioning, SLAM, multi-sensor fusion for autonomous systems.
